We could add an exclamation point or question mark to the title. There has been so much to do. At the same time, time has flown by from last May. Next week's NAGM and the elections that come with it gave pause to recall the preparation for last year's event and the others back to 2009 that I've attended.
This time it is far more relaxing. There are no assignments to undertake, no speeches to make, no things to organize. Certainly, there are people to see and to meet in person those with whom I am working on the Playground project. Or to catch up with friends from across the Organization.
The dynamic within the board will change with this election as we will have a new president and some new board members. Voting and attending meetings are the only commitments planned for me the entire weekend.
Hopefully, there will be much to celebrate for our 50th anniversary.
